gencode is a software tool that helps users generate, revise, and manage code files. You are responsible for how you use generated output.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful activity.
• No malware, exploit delivery, or unauthorized system access.
• No attempts to bypass security controls or usage limits.
• No abuse that degrades service reliability for others.

4. Generated Output

Output is provided “as is” without warranties. You should review, test, and validate all code before deployment.

5. Billing

Some plans include subscription charges and usage-based fees. Usage fees are based on consumption. Taxes may apply where required.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gencode is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
